æ¦å½“第一剑 – The First Sword of Wudang (6/2018)
In 2017 I had the greatest privilege to spend a summer training and filming with a group of teenage daoist kung fu students in Wudang Mountain, China. In the midst of their strict and heavy schedule, we managed to write and film a kung fu short they named Wudang di yi jian – The First Sword of Wudang. The premiere was held on June 2018 in Oulu, Finland. To complete the project, I will publish a two-part documentary film revolving around my young "kung fu brothers". Tornin Neito – Maiden of the Tower å¡”ä¸å°‘女​ (9/2016)
My debut film, a horror-drama short Tornin Neito premiered in the fall 2016. It was born out of my great urge to make a film of my own. It is based on my personal experiences studying history and working in museums, as well as one recurring dream. (Tornin Neito Blu-ray (BD-R) including the original soundtrack is available now!)
